Duiker-International Group, Limitada, is a limited liability company duly incorporated in accordance with the Company Laws of Mozambique. Its core business is to offer varied and wide-ranging company secretarial services including but not limited to company formation (public, private and non – profit), company secretarial services, Private Business Corporation registration, foreign company registration, tax clearance, Value Added Tax (“VAT”) registration and Trade Marks registration.
Duiker-International Group, Limitada, Trade, and Investments division opened its doors to the public on 1 July 2014. Since then it has increased its customer base and services considerably. The Company is a subsidiary of Duiker International Group, Limitada.

- Providing end to end legal solutions to all legal issues arising out of and in connection with project development in areas of manufacturing, power, mining, transport, water and other infrastructural developments – this starts from

Wood & Timber
Duiker International Group specializes in the manufacturing and supply of transmission poles throughout Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Our name is synonymous with quality, delivery and longevity. Our local and global customers are the national electricity supply utilities, provincial governments, regional municipalities and turnkey installation companies.
Transmission poles are produced from Eucalyptus and Pine trees and are treated to meet the South African National Standard, SANS 754 or any other recognized national or international specification. Duiker International Group has Supplied Eskom, South Africa’s national power provider, for many years and is currently their largest supplier of treated wooden poles.
Our poles are kiln dried to ensure we meet minimum moisture requirements. This guarantees all Duiker International Group poles have consistent chemical penetration, retention and thus longevity.
